The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any Service will be agreed upon separately in a proposal, quotation, or written agreement between WebSergeon and the client prior to commencement of work.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected network.

3. Payments and Fees

  • Service fees, payment schedules, and billing terms will be outlined in the client’s individual proposal or invoice.
  • Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of ongoing services.
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as otherwise agreed in writing or as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, access credentials, and feedback necessary for WebSergeon to perform the Services. Delays caused by the client in providing required materials may affect project timelines, and WebSergeon shall not be held responsible for such delays.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, final deliverables (such as website designs, graphics, and custom code created specifically for the client) become the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • WebSergeon retains the right to use completed projects, designs, and results in its own portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
  • Any third-party tools, plugins, stock assets, licensed software, or platforms used during the project remain subject to their respective licenses and are not owned by WebSergeon or transferred to the client.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While WebSergeon uses industry best practices to deliver strong outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic numbers, lead volume, sales, or social media growth, as these depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and market conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebSergeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our Services.

8. Termination

WebSergeon reserves the right to suspend or terminate a client’s access to Services in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse of the Services. Clients may also terminate an ongoing engagement as per the notice period specified in their individual service agreement.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party sites.

10. Changes to These Terms
